No, you are legally not allowed to reclaim the withholding tax charged upon a specific dividend payment more than once, and it is your responsibility to ensure that this does not happen.

The Divizend Maximizer will automatically disable dividends for future reclaims if you already filed a reclaim for them via our platform. However, if you already filed reclaims before using our platform, you need to ensure that you do not file a reclaim for the same dividend payments again. For this purpose, you are able to deselect specific dividend payments at the first step of our process.
